Steve Magassy, born in Potomac, MD has been in the Farm Market business since his middle school years. In 2007, Steve decided to branch out and open Potomac Farm Market.  Staying in the main location on his grandparents homestead at Congressional Parkway on River Road was the icing on the cake for his plans.  Steve spent many years nourishing and building loyal customer relations within the Potomac Community.

 

Potomac Farm Market is a privately owned, MOM and POP, open air market. We buy FRESH, LOCAL  produce so that you benefit from taste and quality of fruits and vegetables that have been selected at the peak of their ripeness.

We supply products to you that have been grown by local farmers who grow using organic and sustainable practices so the PRODUCE GROWS NATURALLY and is picked daily. Our produce is not injected with chemicals that induce or stall ripeness.

We also try to provide a warm, NOSTALGICATMOSPHERE at our markets. We have many loyal customers who come back for the superior fruits and vegetables we supply. POTOMAC FARM MARKET is a Certified Agricultural Producer in Montgomery County.
